THE COMPANY shall not be forced to cancel THE INFORMATION in the case of some of the assumptions made in the ACT and its Regulations.
V. Data transfers
THE INFORMATION shall not be disclosed or shared with third parties under the understanding that businesses which are part of the corporation or its subsidiaries are not considered as third party companies when they require THE INFORMATION for the above purposes.
